Deconstructing B/X D&D

I got a wild hair and started Deconstructing B/X D&D, in an attempt to figure out a rigorous way to verify that any mechanics changes that we have to make for the system to work well in a computer game don't imbalance things. The writeup is still in progress, but it's been interesting so far, and has blown away some of my assumptions about what classes are better at what!

The last couple of Let's Build an RPG! chapters are still being updated. I should have finished that earlier today, but I got lazy and watched too much Farscape. >_>
